[Title] => Illegal immigrants may obtain California drivers licenses
[Summary] => On September 5, 2003, California Governor Gray Davis signed into law State Senate Bill 60, which would allow some two million illegal immigrants to obtain drivers licenses beginning January 1, 2004.
This is certainly good news for Californias illegal immigrants, who, although in illegal status, certainly contribute to the well-being of the state and the nation. In reality, these people are forced to drive without licenses to go to work, bring kids to school, go shopping, etc.
