MANILA, Philippines (AP) - A 19-year-old Saudi man allegedly posing as a pilot was detained at Manila's airport after he breached security and spent several hours wandering in the terminal's restricted area, officials said Tuesday.

The letter was dated July 1, a day after Bukhari had sued the bureau for putting him on the blacklist without giving any explanation. His case was first published by The STAR on July 1.
