A taxi driver was found dead inside his vehicle, his throat slashed and his hands tied with a seatbelt, in Cainta, Rizal yesterday morning.


SPO2 Carlos Atanacio said a jogger found Tani Castillo, 51, slumped dead inside his MTE taxi parked with its lights on at Brookeside Subdivision at about 5:30 a.m.

Police said two men were seen rushing out of Castillo’s taxi hours before he was found dead.
