Cebu City Police Office director Patrocinio Comendador has requested the regional police office to award two of his personnel who arrested a suspect in the killing of a hog dealer and the wounding of his wife during a robbery in Carcar town last month. 


In his letter to regional police director Silverio Alarcio, Comendador said he wanted SPO1 Reynaldo Omaña and PO2 Fredilson Codilla be given an award for their arrest of Raymund Cabiles.
