[Title] => Confiscated fish left to rot by the police?
[Summary] => FISH TO WASTE. Confiscated tolingan fish in 60 banyeras went to waste when the Regional Mobile Group (RMG) which seized them refused to donate the fish to charitable institutions. "Nadugta ang isda imbes makaon pa unta sa mga pobre tang kaigsuonan," a news reporter said. In keeping with the rules, confiscated fish should immediately be donated to charity before they get rotten but the police, an Ear source said, refused to make the donation because the fish would be made as evidence against the illegal fishers.
