Mark Ynoc, organizer and commissioner of the league said the tournament is organized to help raise funds for scholarships for the less fortunate children in San Remegio.
"These kids are deprived of education due to poverty and we hope by organizing a tournament such as this, we can generate the needed funds to put them into school," Ynoc said.
