Chief Superintendent Robert Delfin, director of the Philippine National Police’s intelligence division, identified the suspects as Tirso Alcantara, Leo Velasco, Philip Limjuco and Bartolome Melchor.


All four are high-profile members of the NPA’s so-called National Partisan Committee, Delfin said.
