Even grander was the hotel’s recent appreciation party for its top event organizers and wedding specialists, aptly called "Rendezvous at the Bellevue." Event stylist Henry Pascual transformed The Bellevue Ballroom into a garden-like setting with fountains, palm trees and flowers, while executive chef Peter Eckstein prepared a six-course dinner for the guests’ enjoyment.
