Almost 3,000 passengers were stranded in different ports of Cebu yesterday as storm warning signal number one Assistant station commander Cecille Romero of the Philippine Coast Guard-Cebu station said that a total of 2,922 passengers were stranded after their trips have been cancelled because of Tropical Storm Gorio.
