Lawyer Pablito Sanidad of the Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG), who is leading a battery of human rights lawyers and veteran legal professionals aiding the "punks," said six policemen will be quizzed on why they effected the arrest without any warrant.

Berloize and his gang, all supposed "punks" from different places, decided to trek to Baguio City last Feb. 11 to attend the annual Panagbenga or Baguio Flower Festival.

                    [Summary] => La Trinidad, Benguet — Nine suspected communist guerrillas who were reportedly part of the  attack on an Army detachment in Mankayan, Benguet on Feb. 10 were seized by Benguet policemen on Tuesday afternoon.


The rebels, whose identities are yet to be ascertained by authorities, were reportedly retreating  from Mankayan town on  board a stolen dump truck when nabbed by policemen at a checkpoint in Barangay Bangao, Buguias town.
