The Metropolitan Manila Development authority (MMDA) announced yesterday its rerouting scheme for the President’s State of the Nation Address (SONA) tomorrow afternoon.


According to the MMDA Traffic Operation Center, Commonwealth Avenue will be closed to traffic from the Quezon Memorial Circle at 12 noon, in anticipation of the 2 p.m. SONA delivery at the Batasan Pambansa Complex.
