Napocor OIC-president and chief executive officer Roland S. Quilala told The STAR that the biggest hydro power in Asia located in San Manuel, Pangasinan will be commissioned in December this year.
"We have visited the site recently and we are hopeful that we could start commissioning on December this year or January 2003," Quilala said.

[Summary] => State-owned National Power Corp. (Napocor) has committed to undertake at least seven power generation projects starting this year up to 2006 as part of the companys system capacity requirement.
Of the seven projects being eyed by Napocor, two are power plant projects expected to be implemented this year.
Napocor said six of the seven generation projects are Luzon-based projects.
