[Title] => Performance footwear
[Summary] => These past few years have been quite an adventure for me, both figuratively and literally! Growing and changing and evolving. Not that much has really changed in my inherent mindset or preferences. I can only hope that through the years my maturity has grown and my waistline hasnt. I shed those unneeded traits that I no longer liked about myself while hanging on to things I truly loved.

[Title] => If youve got the heart, theyve got the art!
[Summary] => When asked about martial arts, a man once said, "Its not just self-defense, its about self-control, body discipline and mind discipline and breathing techniques. It involves yoga. It involves meditation. It is an art, not a sport." No, it was neither Bruce Lee nor Mr. Miyagi who mouthed such words. It was actually the King of Rock n Roll, Elvis Presley. Was Elvis a martial artist? I dont know. Am I? Not by a long shot, but Im getting there.

[Title] => Ronnie and his American dream
[Summary] => Sooner or later, Ronnie Ricketts may have to decide on whether he will stay put in the Philippines or pack his bags for the US. No, its not because he has lost hope in the country. Not at all.
In fact, he just might promote the Philippines if plans for him to headline a martial arts TV series and make movies for the US market push through.
Ronnie, wife Mariz and their daughters (Mariella, eight and Marie, five) just returned this month from what turned out to be a working vacation in the US.
