[Summary] => The active low pressure area located east of Catanduanes has developed into a tropical depression named "Marce," according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its 11 a.m. report, Pagasa said "Marce" was located 240 kms northeast of Virac, Catanduanes with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. Marce is expected to be 160 kms east of Casiguran, Aurora tomorrow.
Signal number 1 is currently hoisted in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Catanduanes.
