Isasailalim sa imbestigasyon ng Korte Suprema ang isang mahistrado ng Court of Appeals (CA) matapos itong ireklamo ng pagbinbin sa mga kasong hawak nito at iba pang katiwalian.


Sa 2-pahinang resolusyon ng SC en banc, bumuo ng investigating body ito na pamumunuan ni dating SC Associate Justice Bernardo Pardo para imbestigahan ang reklamo laban kay CA Associate Justice Eliv John Asuncion.

Inaasahang tatapusin ng binuong komite sa loob ng 90 araw ang pagsusumite ng rekomendasyon sa Supreme Court hinggil sa reklamo sa mahistrado.
