TAYUG, Pangasinan — Combined elements of local and provincial police here nabbed four agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) based in the Cordillera Administrative Region   on Thursday afternoon  along the highway in Barangay Terchera here for alleged extortion and abduction.


Senior Superintendent Alan Purisima, provincial police director identified the agents as Chief Inspector Forfillio Calagan, the team leader,  SPO4s Marquez Wadcon and Arthur Lucas, and PO2 Edwin Garcia.

Assistant Secretary Rodolfo Caisip, PDEA deputy director general, explained that under the Dangerous Drugs Board regulation, "Operation Private Eye" will provide guidelines for granting monetary rewards for persons providing information leading to the apprehension of most wanted drug personalities.

                    [Summary] => At least four drums of "essential chemicals" and various paraphernalia for manufacturing of shabu were seized by authorities yesterday morning following a raid conducted by composite members of the Central Police District (CPD) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in a house in Quezon City.


CPD-Station 5 Commander Supt. Jolly Dizon said the team swooped down on the house on Buick street, Dahlia Subdivision, Fairview at  about 9 a.m. by virtue of a search warrant issued by  Judge Apolinario Bruselas Jr. of the QC Regional Trial Court Branch 93.
