[Summary] =>
Critics of President Arroyo do not have the monopoly of seeking a seat in Congress through the partylist system, a pro-administration lawmaker said yesterday.

[Summary] =>
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) was urged yesterday to disqualify "fake" party-list groups or those that are "fronts and allies" of the Arroyo administration.
