Senior Superintendent Samuel Pagdilao, PNP spokesman, said during the First Multisectoral Media Dialogue on the Peace Process held at the Fontana Leisure Park here, that police investigators have solved 21 out of the 26 murder cases involving print and broadcast journalists since 2001 when President Arroyo assumed office.
