[Title] => Transitional times and spaces
[Summary] => The closing of the year marks a point of transition from time past that can never again be brought back save through memories, to a new period we try to coat with hope and wishes. [Summary] => The tres famous Peninsula Manilas grand New Years Eve Ball was definitely the rainbow at the end of a rather stormy 2001, dahlings.
The Pens lobby and upper lobby were eye-catchingly decked out with over 30,000 multicolored balloons and party-favors like hats and trumpets. The fun decor, however, did not diminish the hotels signature elegance, dahlings.
