Of course we still keep an element of propriety in what we wear but more and more people are willing to take bigger risks when it comes to dressing up. People are less and less afraid to try new things and set themselves apart from the rest. It doesnt matter whether we only have two seasons here in the Philippines, youll still see shoppers sifting through and wearing hats, coats, or boots. Maybe its because in recent years, many foreign brands have become available locally.
