Anna Ferrer, LRTA information officer, noted that even if a male passenger looks like a woman, he can never avail of the special coach program which would be implemented starting Dec. 2.

"That special coach is specifically for the protection of the female passengers. I don’t think we can’t allow any men there," he added.
