The El Shaddai ballot endorses the following candidates: Edgardo Angara, Juan Ponce Enrile, Loi Estrada, Gregorio Honasan, Panfilo Lacson, Orlando Mercado, Ricardo Puno and Miriam Defensor-Santiago.
