[Title] => Big business and conscience
[Summary] =>
Two books that I recently worked on as editor are now in the market. The first, is the GoNegosyo book of Joey Concepcion. When Joey first opened up the subject with me, his vision of 50 inspiring entrepreneurial stories that would be written up in a light, accessible manner sounded truly exciting, and so apropos for the times. In these days of "Ask not what your government can do for you..." it is really incumbent on our entrepreneurs to help jumpstart the economy, and solidify our steps towards economic prosperity.

[Title] => Trusting our leaders
[Summary] => As the country reels against the backdrop of heated debates about the state of the economy, I ask, and this is being asked by different quarters: Since when was the health of the economy of the Philippines been dubbed healthy? Answer: That was before the coffers of the government were raped and plundered by a dictator. Why is Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo now the president of the Philippines?
