The Department of Transportation and Communications on Tuesday said four crates of the Piper Seneca plane which crashed off the waters of Masbate last Aug. 18, killing Interior and Local Government Sec. Jesse Robredo and two others, will be transported to Manila from Masbate airport.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines announced on Monday the creation of a special committee to investigate the plane crash in Masbate two weeks ago that killed three persons, including Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo.
