Ivanhoe Sandoval, a branch manager of the United Coconut Planters Bank and resident of La Loma, Quezon City, was on the northbound lane of the Skyway when his Honda CRV (WBD-985) rammed the central concrete barrier at the off ramp at around 9:10 a.m.

Prober SPO4 Oscar Alicando Jr. said Sandoval sustained severe head and chest injuries as he was pinned inside the vehicle.

Senior Police Officer 4 Oscar Alicando, traffic investigator, said most of the 12 bus passengers and two occupants of a silver Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (XNU-833) were taken to the Ospital ng Makati for treatment.

"None of the 14 were reported to be in critical condition,"  Alicando said.
