Our condolences to the family of former Health Secretary Alberto “Quasi” Romualdez Jr. who passed away the other day.

Florence, a medical doctor, talked about the social and medical dimensions of family planning, and Fred, a lawyer, about women’s rights (particularly the right to choose family planning methods) being human rights.
