LAS VEGAS — It looks like Top Rank promoter Bob Arum will give in to Manny Pacquiao’s request for a guaranteed $3-million purse for fighting Erik Morales in a rubber match here on Nov. 18 after all.


Pacquiao, confidante Rex (Wakee) Salud and lawyer Jeng Gacal arrived in Los Angeles last Monday and motored here the other day to finalize the fight contract with Arum.
