Mr. Estrada handed out cash, gift certificates and grocery items to three "Lucky OFWs," who were chosen at random by OWWA officials at their places of employment.

[Title] => OWWA names 43 OCWs with tax refund from Taiwan
[Summary] => The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has announced that some 43 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Taiwan can now claim their tax refund.
OWWA Administrator Eli Gardiner disclosed yesterday that the Taiwanese government has already approved the refund applications of the OFWs employed by the Hitachi Zosen firm, and remitted the funds to OWWA.
Gardiner called on the OFWs to immediately report to OWWA center in Pasay City, with proper identifications, to claim their checks.
