Nabatid na ang 144,000 sako ng bigas ay bahagi ng P2 milyong bag ng bigas na kinakailangang angkatin sa ilalim ng counter trade agreement na ginawa ng NFA at Phil. International Trading Center sa pagitan ng Vietnam.
