The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has ordered the closure of 12 roads in four regions, including Metro Manila, to vehicular traffic due to heavy floods.
In a travel advisory yesterday, the DPWHs public information division said three of these roads are in Metro Manila, four in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), four in Central Luzon (Region 3), and one in Central Visayas (Region 7).
These roads have been impassable to vehicular traffic since Wednesday afternoon.
