Repunte, campaigning in the 12-under boys division, was on top of his form as he lead to the exit door Francis Marangan with a 6-4, 6-4 bashing.


He will be joined by another Repunte, Kay, in the next round after he survived a tough Gideon Huyo-a, 6-4, 3-6, 10-7.
