Fan hails Akari player for returning lost wallet
MANILA, Philippines -- Akari Charger Steph Bustrillo earned praise for a good deed she did following a game earlier in the week.
Bustrillo picked up a lost wallet by a photographer, and it was eventually returned to the rightful owner.
In an Instagram story, Aan Domingo said she lost her wallet while shooting photos.
“To tell you honestly, I lost hope na mabalik ang wallet ko sa dami ng tao sa arena at sa kung saan-saan places ako pumuwesto para mag-picture. Pero life has twists and turns, ika nga,” Domingo said in the story.
“Mabait si Lord. Got my wallet back,” the post added.
She said that a player – Bustrillo – picked up the wallet, who then gave it to Dani Ravena and Mozzy Ravena.
They then waited for her to pick the wallet up at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan.
“You saved me from a horror story ng pagpila sa government offices para kumuha ng mga IDs. Maraming maraming salamat po.”
