Tubino joins SGA

MANILA, Philippines —  Battle-scarred Royce Tubino has joined Strong Group Athletics after parting ways with Choco Mucho.

“Sweet signing,” said the franchise on its social media account.

It’s not yet known, however, which SGA franchise –  Farm Fresh or ZUS Coffee – netted Tubino.

But it’s a certainty that she would make an instant impact wherever she lands because of her vast experience.

“The veteran (Tubino) brings leadership and experience to power our young squad,” it added.

SGA will be the 32-year-old Tubino’s eighth team in 14 years after playing for Cagayan Valley, Cignal, Army, United Volleyball Club, Sta. Lucia and PLDT.
