Manhit, Ateneo boys make mark in JGFP finals

MANILA, Philippines — King Blue Eaglet Race Manhit led the Middle School Boys Team 2 of Ateneo de Manila to 390 points and to the national team championship in the recent JGFP Interschool National Finals at the Caliraya Springs in Laguna.

Luis Espinosa, Juanton Cruz and Ross Tecson was with Manhit in their victory, followed by Ateneo Team 1 with 361 assembled by Javie Bautista, Inigo Gallardo, Lujo Gomez, Kyle Tecson and Hans David. Luzon Interschool Middle School champion De La Salle Zobel landed at third with 336.

In the individual category, Manhit amassed 145 points for the national crown in the Boys Middle school division. Second and third were Bautista at 131 and Espinosa at 126.
