MANILA, Philippines -- Chot Reyes is back.
Reyes will return as head coach of the TNT Tropang Giga, the team said.
The announcement came a few days after TNT bowed out of the PBA Commissioner's Cup quarterfinals.

Jojo Lastimosa, who led TNT to the PBA Governors' Cup in the 2022-23 season, will continue to be the team's manager.
Lastimosa, the team said, signed an extension as the Tropang Giga's team manager.
Reyes is returning to the helm of TNT, a team he helped win several championships.
Prior to the start of the 2023 Governors' Cup, he became the team's senior consultant.
It was an up-and-down Commissioner's Cup for the Tropang Giga, as they had to battle injuries throughout the season.
RR Pogoy returned late in the season for the Tropang Giga due to a heart condition.
Jayson Castro had to miss some games due to injuries.
And there was the issue of Mikey Williams, who had a contract dispute with the team, leading to the termination of his contract.
The team also changed imports twice.
TNT started the conference with Quincy Miller, and he was replaced after a game by original import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson.
Hollis-Jefferson was then replaced by his brother, Rahlir, after sustaining an injury at an East Asia Super League game.
On Wednesday, TNT bowed out of contention after suffering a 109-94 defeat at the hands of league-leader Magnolia.
