The JGFP will hold a two-day meet for the Developmental League this weekend with more than 100 golfers expected to compete in the event at the Intramuros Golf Club.

The 8-and-under category will have its own Philippine Navy Junior Open to be played at the Navy on the same date.

Next for the JGFP is the 15th Faldo Series Asia Series qualifying tournament on March 17 to 19 at the Eagle Ridge. The event is for 12-16 boys and girls, and 17-21 boys and girls’ categories.

The winners in each division will earn a spot in the Faldo Series Asia.

On March 24 to 26, the JGFP will stage the qualifying meet for the IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championships at Eagle Ridge, determining the golfers that will represent the Philippines in the prestigious meet in the US.

The IMG Academy Junior World holds 6-under and 7-8 boys and girls divisions play at the Singing Hills Pine Glenn and Pine Oak courses at Sycuan Resort on July 16-22 in El Cajon, California.
