MANILA, Philippines — Treat Huey and Indonesian partner Christopher Rungkat crashed out of the Australian Open men’s doubles, absorbing straight-sets defeat in the second round against hometown bets Dane Sweeny and Li Tu yesterday.
Huey and Rungkat started strong with big leads in the first set but ran out of steam to fall at 7-6 (8-6), 6-4 following an impressive win in the first round on Wednesday.
