NCA derby circuit gets going January 14

MANILA, Philippines — The National Cockers Alliance (NCA) yesterday announced the opening of the highly-anticipated 2020 cocking circuit, which will be hosted by noted derby aficionados Gov. Casimiro Ynares and Mayor Elan Nagaño.

The world championship derby sets things off on Jan. 14, 2020 with four cocks, to be followed by the second derby on Jan.16 with five cocks. Both events will be held at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

The third leg will be hosted by Jun Bacolod, Dante Eslabon, Raymond Palomares and Claude Bautista. There will be a total of 14 regular derbies. The NCA will hold 14 derbies, two world championship and one big event.
