Blue Dragons, Brahmans dispute Round 1 pennant

MANILA, Philippines — Titlist Diliman College and University of Batangas dispute the first-round pennant while Centro Escolar University hopes to extend its win run at the close of the first round of the PG Flex Linoleum-Universities and Colleges Basketball League at the Olivarez College gym in Parañaque City.

The Diliman Blue Dragons stake their perfect 6-0 record at 4 p.m. against a team aching to rebound from a stinging 84-78 defeat to the Olivarez College Sea Lions on Sept. 26.

CEU, meantime, kicks off another triple bill when it faces Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, at 12 noon while National College of Business and Arts hopes to nail its first win when it collides with Philippine Christian University-Dasmariñas at 2 p.m.
