Asian cruise at stake at Highlands

MANILA, Philippines — A four-night Asian cruise for two will be staked as hole-in-one prize when the Highlands Ladies Cup holds its 14th edition on Oct. 5 at Tagaytay Midlands Golf Club.

The Royal Caribbean/Baron Travel is putting up the Singapore-Port Klang-Phuket-Singapore package for ace on No. 17 of the rolling layout. If nobody scores a hole-in-one, the Asian cruise prize will be raffled off among the participants, according to the organizing Tagaytay Highlands Ladies Chapter.

Over 150 players are expected to see action in the annual 18-hole tournament, backed by W Group, Auto Nation Group and Pacific Online as Diamond sponsors, which will have a shotgun start and will be played under the System 36 scoring format.

Registration is ongoing with fee pegged at P3,500 for members and P4,500 for non-members, inclusive of green fee, cart, lunch, giveaways and raffle stub. For details, call Midlands Golf Services at 0917-886-5226 (members) and Analaine Blas at 0966-713-5199 (non-members).
