SAN JUAN, Philippines – The DLSU Lady Spikers found their rhythm after an uncharacteristic loss, drubbing the NU Lady Bulldogs in straight sets, 25-20, 25-18, 25-10, in the 81st UAAP women’s volleyball competition at the FilOil Flying V Centre on Wednesday.

Making her return to the starting lineup, DLSU skipper Desiree Cheng came out big for her team, notching 17 points to lead the Taft-based squad to the victory.

Despite flashes of brilliance from the NU side, errors and inconsistencies proved to be the Lady Bulldogs' downfall.

DLSU records their sixth win of the season. The Lady Spikers face the UST Golden Tigresses, who dealt them a loss in the first round, on Sunday.
