MANILA, Philippines — The annual Bulldog Big Event 6-Cock Derby,managed by Team Sagupaan and bannered by more than 150 fights, unwraps Feb. 8 at the Pasay City Cockpit.
The event, a crowd-drawer last year with 156 fights, signals Pasay Cockpit’s return to the derby scene after the conclusion of the ongoing World Slasher Cup.
Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000 are derby sponsors of this cockfight spectacle to be hosted by Mayor Francis Espiritu and Danny Buldog.
The powerhouse Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) gears up for the 2019 Cocker of the Year race, starting with the first leg (7-cock) on Feb. 15 and 18 (3-cock elims) and Feb. 22 (4-cock finals).
