Derby winners at Pasay today
MANILA, Philippines — Pasay City Cockpit holds today the annual SEGBA United 6-Stag Derby bannered by more than 100 fights and featuring winners of the 2018 stagfighting season.
“It’s PCC’s Yearender event and also the last chance to field stag winners from ‘Bakbakan’, ‘Digmaan’ and ‘Salpukan’,” said pit manager Gerald Go.
Qualifiers from Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Bulacan will compete in this event supported by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000.
No less than P750,000 in prizes await the winners from host SEGBA (Seaman Gamers and Breeders Association).
PCC welcomes the 2019 cockfighting season with the following derbies: Tarantula 4-Cock Derby on Jan. 4 (Sonny Panaligan), Erica and Friends 4-Cock Derby on Jan. 11 (PCC operations manager Erica Clemente) and Friendly 3-Cock Derby on Jan. 25 (Marie Rama, Elbie and Friends).
