LGBA circuit second leg under way at PCC
MANILA, Philippines — The second leg (seven-stag derby) of the 2018 Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) derby circuit starts today at Pasay City Cockpit.
Competitors will try to improve their standings in the LGBA Breeder of the Year race supported by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000.
Joseph Aquino of Mindoro leads the pack with seven points followed by Joseph Marigundon of Rizal and Larry Wacnang of Kalinga with 6.5 points each then Ren Castro, Nelson Uy, Charlie Cruz, Mel Lim, Mayor Anthony Marasigan and Eric Abella with six points apiece.
Aside from the three-stag elims today, participants may field their entries on Oct. 8 and 12. The four-stag finale set Oct. 15 stakes a guranteed prize of P1.5 million.
