Seniors golf fifth leg draws big field

MANILA, Philippines — The Federation of Philippine Amateur Senior Golfers, Inc. holds its fifth leg on Aug. 15 with another huge field expected to dispute top honors in various divisions at the Orchard Golf and Country Club’s Palmer Course in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

Organizers said around 180 players have confirmed participation in the 18-hole event dubbed the August Fore! 5th leg-2018 FPASGI seniors golf tournament and hosted by the Orchard senior golfers.

Big prizes, including those in the raffle draw, will be up for grabs during awards rites in the tournament also held as birthday tournament for FPASGI president Melito Salazar, who is also the president of Orchard Seniors Golf.

The shotgun start tee-off is set at 8 a.m.
