Frederick Alegre to grace Bravo golf rites

MANILA, Philippines — The Bravo Golf Club holds its grand inaugurals on Saturday with Tourism assistant secretary Frederick Alegre gracing the event as guest of honor and speaker in Dumaguete City.
“We are distinctly honored to have Asec. Alegre as our special guest,” said Edilberto “Bert” Bravo.
Alegre, an avid golfer, described his invitation as “a milestone,” noting that the Bravo Golf Club’s inauguration officially marks the launch of the first championship course in Negros Oriental.
“It is, indeed, very auspicious as the Bravo Golf Club opens at a time when sports tourism is a top priority of the Department of Tourism,” said Alegre, also the DOT spokesperson.
“This crown jewel in Negros Oriental will attract more golfers from all over the world, who are in constant search of places to play golf and enjoy the beach at the same time. Happily, Dumaguete City provides both, thanks to the vision of Atty. Bravo.”
