Yellow Cab Football Cup tomorrow

MANILA, Philippines - The Yellow Cab Football Cup, aimed to reach the youth through sports, kicks off tomorrow with various teams featuring boys and girls 18 years old and below clashing in the preliminary stage at the Blue Pitch, Circuit Makati.

The Cup, a CSR event of Yellow Cab and held in partnership with Kaya FC, will allow six winning teams to donate P20,000 each to their chosen charities.

By using sports as a way to help out, Yellow Cab is imparting something more sustainable than just doled out funds. The brand aims to also make an impact on the lives of the youth with the skills and values that the sport of football can impart on them. 

The event is open to the public with the final rounds slated Oct. 22.
