Inserto, Dacanay top PHAI bowlfest

MANILA, Philippines – Manny Inserto and Tahlia Dacanay dished out top forms and ruled their respective divisions in the Palmera Hills 1 Homeowners Association, Inc. (PHAI) President Cup Bowling tournament at the Paeng Bowling Center in Eastwood, Quezon City recently.

Inserto, president of the PHAI board, showed his mastery of the lane condition to score a repeat while Dacanay atoned for her runner-up finish last year with a victory behind consistent ball-handling to post the highest individual single scores.

Ding Yanquiling finished second to Inserto with Vincent Dacanay settling for third while Malou Dacanay impressed a lot by placing second to her daughter with Ella Marcos and PHAI treasurer Melba Villarosa sharing third place.

Edith Paraon and PHAI auditor Andy de Guzman took the top rookie honors.

Inserto, PHAI vice president for Operations Manny Magboo and Roy Abaya graced the awards rites with chairman and co-chairperson for sports Mercy Marquez and PHAI vice president for finance Daday Abaya.
