We would like to express our gratitude for honoring Pasay City, which is celebrating our 152nd anniversary, with this major event. Not a single centavo was spent by the city government for this event but, just like last year, certain proceeds from this racingfest have been given to us to fund our various social activities,” Mayor Calixto said.
