Derby at Elorde’s

MANILA, Philippines - A four-cock  anniversary derby will be held Nov. 23  at the Elorde Cockpit  Stadium on Sucat Road, Parañaque.

Promoted by businessman-sportsman Johnny Elorde, the derby has a guaranteed  prize of P300,000. Entry fee is P11,000 with the minimum  bet of P5,500. The winning handler and gaffer receive P20,000 and P10,000, respectively.

Top breeders and cockfighting aficionados are expected to participate.

Meanwhile, a one-cock ulutan will be held every Tuesday with a guaranteed prize of P1,500 per win for the first to 15th fights, 16 to finish with P1,000 per win.
